Terms & Conditions
Trade Term

All transactions shall be conducted strictly on FOB (Free On Board) basis as per Incoterms®.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
The minimum order quantity shall be 500,000 packets, each containing 20 pieces.
Payment Terms
50% advance payment to be made against confirmed Purchase Order (PO).
30% payment to be made once the goods are ready for dispatch from the factory.
20% balance payment to be made at the time of customs clearance.
Repeat / Next Orders
For repeat or subsequent orders, the buyer must share the Purchase Order at least 25 days prior to the next scheduled dispatch date.
A 50% advance payment is mandatory with every repeat order.
Design & Appearance
Product designs, colors, or appearance may vary depending on the availability of raw materials.
Customized Packaging
Customized packaging is available at the buyer’s request.
All additional costs for customized packaging shall be borne by the buyer and must be paid separately in advance.
General
All terms once confirmed in the Purchase Order are final and binding.
